Brad Upton first stepped on stage in 1984. This former fourth-grade teacher quit teaching in 1986 and has never looked back recently surpassing his 4000th show in the past 20 years. Brad quickly rose through the comedy ranks and has headlined nearly every comedy club from Anchorage to Miami. The Seattle Times said, "Brad Upton has mastered the nearly impossible task of appealing to people from the ages of 18 to 80." Personally, he believes it's more like 15 to 90, any older and they don't hear so well. He is the past winner of the Las Vegas Comedy Festival and has opened for many stars like Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, The Smothers Brothers, Rodney Dangerfield, George Jones, Glen Campbell, Rita Rudner and Tim Allen. His ease and likability on stage have made him very popular with corporate clients and the cruise ship industry where he is a headline performer for Royal Caribbean, Holland-America and Norwegian cruise lines. Brad has been seen on A&E, MTV and SHOWTIME and was heard around the country making nearly 100 appearances as a regular guest on National Public Radio's REWIND program between 1997-2002. His interview and CD entitled, Where's the River? is also heard around the country on All-Comedy Radio. Brad makes his home in Seattle where he and his wife have two grade school aged children and a cat named Tiger.
